End
of Sale and End of Support Notice for the TE2XXX CryptoStor
Product Families

| This notice is issued to provide information
to all Tributary Systems, Inc. customers about the end
of sale of the entire TE2XXX CryptoStor family of tape
encryption appliances together with associated software
and maintenance support services. |
| |
| There is no direct product replacement
for the TE2XXX CryptoStor product family. Also, there
is a general market migration towards embedded encryption
including self-encrypting tape drives such as LTO-4/5. |
| |
| As part of the TE2XXX CryptoStor product
family end of life, Tributary Systems, Inc. will be
offering a last-time-buy period with last orders by
April 31, 2011, and for product shipment by June 15,
2011. End of Support for these products will extend
3 years through June 15, 2014. Tributary Systems, Inc.
looks forward to working with its Channel Partners and
customers worldwide in providing a smooth end of life
period. |

| Withdrawal Notice Summary |

| All of the hardware products
including spares and upgrades in the TE2XXX CryptoStor
product families will be affected. |

| Key Dates |
| |
- No new TE2XXX CryptoStor hardware orders will
be accepted after the end of May 2011 for shipment
by June 15, 2011
- No new base releases for TE2XXX CryptoStor after
the current release 3.0
- Hardware repairs / support on TE2XXX CryptoStor
until June 15, 2014 subject to a valid maintenance
contract being in place
- Product end-of-life for NEXXX CryptoStor is June
15, 2014 for support purpose

- Last renewal date for maintenance contracts on
TE2XXX CryptoStor is June 15, 2013 with all contracts

The following hardware products are being withdrawn
from sale with a last time buy date of April 31, 2011:
- TE2000 SCSI
- TE2000 Fibre Channel 2-port
- TE2200 Fibre Channel 4-port

| The purchasing of repair service
will be available until the product end-of-life on June
15, 2014, including full spare replacement under warranty. |

| TE2XXX CryptoStor Maintenance |
| |
| TE2XXX CryptoStor hardware
only maintenance will be available for purchase until
June 15, 2013. There will be no committed maintenance
or support beyond June 15, 2014. |
